Free trial and plans
The Beta plan at a glance, how the 3-day free trial works and what your agent can do before and after you pay.
One plan during the Beta
Nudge is in beta and sells a single plan, Nudge Beta. There is no free plan: each workspace starts with a 3-day free trial, then moves to the paid plan.
The Beta plan includes:
- 250 Website Agent conversations per month. This is the only quota of the plan.
- The Website and Handoff agents.
- Unlimited forms, bookings, contacts and members.
Nurturing and Outreach are not included.
Price and commitment
The list price is €99 excl. VAT per month. You choose a commitment when you subscribe; longer commitments get a permanent discount, applied to every invoice including renewals.

For a commitment longer than a month, you choose how to pay under Payment: All at once (the whole period billed up front, then renewed) or Every month (the discounted monthly price, with the commitment renewed for the same length). Monthly has no commitment.
Prices may change after the beta. The pricing page shows the current public offer, and Billing in the app always shows what applies to your workspace.
How the free trial works
- In the Plan step of the setup, pick a commitment and click Start the 3-day trial. (From Billing in the app, the same choice ends with Continue to payment.)
- Enter your payment details on the secure checkout page. You are not charged during the trial.
- Back in Nudge, your trial is active. Billing shows the date it ends (Trial ends …).
During the trial:
- The whole app is open: dashboard, agents, test mode, forms, team.
- Your agent can answer on your live site for up to 50 conversations.
- To lift that cap before the trial ends, click Pay now in the installation step: the trial ends, your plan starts and you get the plan's 250 conversations a month.
At the end of the trial, your plan starts on the commitment you chose.
One subscription per workspace
A subscription belongs to a workspace, not to a person. If you create a second workspace, it has its own trial and subscription. Members you invite do not add to the price: seats are unlimited.
