To validate
Review the emails Nudge prepared for your prospects, edit them, then approve and send or dismiss them with a reason.
What the queue is for
When an agent is set to Asks your approval, the emails it prepares for your prospects don't go out on their own. They wait in To validate, and nothing is sent until someone approves it. The screen says it in its title bar: Sent only after your approval.
Open it from To validate in the sidebar. The counter next to the entry shows how many emails are waiting. The screen title reads To approve.
Emails you approve without editing also count towards the agent's next autonomy step: see Autonomy levels.
The tabs
| Tab | Contains |
|---|---|
| All | Every email waiting |
| Follow-ups | Follow-up emails to leads who went quiet |
| First touches | First messages to people you have not written to yet |
| Replies | Draft answers to an email a prospect sent |
Each tab shows its count, including zero.
Review an email
The list on the left shows the waiting emails; the first one is selected. On a phone, tap an email to open it and use Back to the list to return.
The right panel shows:
- The header: the agent that wrote it, the reason it exists (for example the name of the sequence, or "Reply to an email") and how long ago it was prepared. View name's record → opens the contact.
- Why this email: when the sequence has a description, the sentence that says who it is for.
- To: the recipient, with their company when known.
- From: the reply-to address, or Your workspace's sending address.
- Subject and Message: both editable. Your edits are kept while you move between emails.
- Context used: what the agent relied on, for example "Need: …" for a need the prospect expressed.
The footer note Unsubscribe link added automatically reminds you that every email gets one: you don't need to write it.
Approve and send
Click Approve and send, or press ⌘ + Enter (Ctrl + Enter on Windows). The email, with your edits, is released and sent shortly after. A notification confirms it, for example "Follow-up sent to Camille", with a View button that opens the contact.
The button is disabled while the subject or the message is empty.
Dismiss an email
Click Dismiss. A window asks What's wrong with it?. Pick one reason:
- It's not the right time
- The tone is off
- Something in it is wrong
- The contact is already handled
- Other
You can add a detail in the optional field, then click Dismiss the email. The email will not go out. Your reason helps the agent write better next time.
Approving and dismissing can't be undone. If you are unsure about an email, edit it rather than dismissing it.
When the queue is empty
The screen reads Everything is approved. Below, Recent sends lists the last emails that went out, and View history → opens the analytics.
Who can use it
