The agents board
Switch agents on and off, choose how much they can do without you, and follow what they did.
Open the board
Click Agents in the sidebar. The section has two tabs:
- Overview: the list of agents on the left, the selected agent's page on the right.
- Shared memory: what all agents read. See Shared memory.
The title bar sums up the period you picked: the pipeline your agents recovered and how many agents are active, for example "€12,000 of pipeline recovered this month · 2 of 4 active". The period menu on the right of the tabs offers This month, Last 7 days and Last 90 days.
When no agent is active yet, the title bar reads No active agent and the Website Agent page shows a banner inviting you to start with it.
The agent list
Each line shows the agent's name, its status and one line of results:
| Agent | Results line |
|---|---|
| Website Agent | Meetings booked and the pipeline they represent |
| Nurturing Agent | Meetings recovered and their pipeline |
| Outreach Agent | Replies and accounts reached |
| Handoff Agent | Briefs prepared and the meetings they cover |
An agent that has never been switched on reads Start with this one (Website Agent) or Not activated yet (the others).
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active (green) | The agent works. |
| Paused (orange) | The agent is switched off for now. Its settings and history are kept. |
| Inactive (grey) | The agent has never been switched on, or was turned off. |
The button at the top right of an agent's page is the only place to change its status:
- Enable the … Agent when it is inactive, for example Enable the Handoff Agent.
- Pause when it is active.
- Resume when it is paused.
A short notification confirms each change, for example "Handoff Agent enabled".
Agents not included in your plan
On the Beta plan, the Nurturing Agent and the Outreach Agent show Not included in the Beta plan in place of the enable button. Their page stays visible, but they can't be switched on.
Autonomy levels
Agents that send messages have an Autonomy scale with three steps. It decides what the agent may send without you.
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| Asks your approval | Every message waits for you in To validate. Nothing goes out until you approve it. |
| Acts and tells you | Messages go out without waiting, and you are told each time. |
| Acts alone | Messages go out without telling you. You find them in the agent's activity. |
Click a step to change it. The scale is disabled while the agent is inactive.
The Website Agent has no scale: it only answers people who are talking to it. The Handoff Agent starts on Acts alone, because its brief only goes to your team, never to a prospect.
Suggestions to move up
When an agent is on Asks your approval or Acts and tells you and you approve 10 of its messages in a row without editing them, a banner suggests the next step. Enable opens a confirmation window that shows the number of messages approved without edits; confirm with Move to "…". Later hides the suggestion for 14 days.
Changing the autonomy level restarts the count from zero. You can go back to a lower step at any time.
The agent page
The page of the selected agent shows, from top to bottom:
- Header: name, status, a one-line description and the status button.
- Autonomy scale, when the agent has one.
- Figures for the period, once the agent has produced something. For example, the Website Agent shows Meetings booked and Pipeline; the Handoff Agent shows Briefs prepared and Meetings.
- Activity: the latest events, newest first. It lists what the agent did (for example a message prepared or sent) and what your team decided ("Enabled by Claire", "Paused by Claire", "Autonomy changed by Claire"). When there is something to review, See in To approve → opens the queue.
- How it works, shown while the agent is not active: three steps that explain its job.
- Settings: each line shows the current value and an Edit link. Only one line opens at a time; Save applies it, Cancel discards it.
Each agent's settings are described on its own page:
- Website Agent: see Website agent.
- Handoff Agent: see Handoff Agent.
Sending identity and unsubscribe
Emails that agents send to prospects go out through Nudge. Sending from your own Gmail or Outlook mailbox is not available. Every email to a prospect gets an unsubscribe link added automatically, and a person who unsubscribes is never contacted again.
The Handoff Agent's brief is an internal email to your team: it has no unsubscribe link.
