Analytics

See how many meetings Nudge books, which pages and questions lead to them, how meetings end, and what Nudge changed for your conversion.

Open Analytics

Click Analytics in the sidebar. You need the analytics permission. The screen has five tabs: Overview, Visitor questions, Meetings, Site pages and Why they leave (see Why they leave).

Filters

The bar above the tabs filters everything except Why they leave:

  • Period — Today, Last 7 days, This month, Last month, This quarter, or Custom… for your own dates.
  • Compare with — vs previous period, vs last year, or No comparison. With a comparison, each figure shows its change ("↑ 9 % vs August").
  • Form — all forms, or one form.

Overview

Overall conversion gain

Compares two periods of equal length, before and after the date you started with Nudge, on unique visitors, unique leads, qualified leads, leads with a meeting and leads with a sale. Click Configure comparison to set:

  • Pilot start — the date Nudge went live,
  • Maximum period length (days),
  • Nudge cost during the after period (in euro cents), to compute a cost per estimated additional lead,
  • Visitors before and Visitors after (optional), if you measure traffic elsewhere. Otherwise Nudge uses the visits it recorded, when available.

Contacts are deduplicated across channels by email. The comparison is descriptive, not causal proof: traffic, offers and other campaigns can explain part of the change.

To include leads from other channels, use Import external conversions (JSON): export them from your CRM as a list of events like this one (up to 1,000 per file; the same externalId and channel update the existing event):

[
  {
    "externalId": "crm-1",
    "channel": "HubSpot",
    "email": "lead@example.com",
    "occurredAt": "2026-10-01T10:00:00Z",
    "qualified": true,
    "booked": true,
    "sold": false
  }
]

External emails are stored as hashes, only to deduplicate.

Slot capacity

Over the last 90 days, the times visitors asked for compared with your real availability at that moment. For each time window, Nudge shows the requests, how many found no free slot, the observed capacity and a recommendation such as "Try +2 seat(s) per week" (or "Insufficient sample"). Review them before changing calendars; Review team availability opens Bookings › Availability.

Meetings per week

A chart of the last 12 weeks. Switch between Leads, Bookings and Sales. Trends appear after 2 weeks of data.

Pages that trigger meetings, Most asked questions, Booking slots

  • Pages that trigger meetings — the five pages of your site where the Website Agent booked the most meetings in the period.
  • Most asked questions — the topics visitors ask about most, with how many times and the share that end in a meeting (→ Meeting).
  • Booking slots — a heatmap of the days and hours visitors book, with a tip such as "35 % of bookings: Tuesday, 10:00. Open more slots in that window." It appears after about twenty meetings.

Visitor questions

Nudge groups your visitors' questions by topic once you have 50 conversations. For each Topic: the number of Conversations, the share that end in a meeting, and the Answer quality: the share of the topic's conversations where the visitor kept going after the agent's answer and nothing was flagged.

At the top, Nudge names the topics that cost you meetings. Improve answers takes you to the agent's knowledge sources, so you can add what is missing. See Website Agent.

Meetings

  • Meetings booked, Meetings held and No-shows (count and share), each with its change against the comparison period.
  • No-show rate by lead time — the share of no-shows for meetings booked 0 to 2 days, 3 to 7 days, and 8 days or more ahead. Use it to set your booking window.
  • Results by closer — for each closer: sales out of meetings held, closing rate and no-show rate. A meeting with no assigned closer appears in no row; small samples are marked "low volume". See all opens Bookings.

Meetings count as held, sold or no-show once your team records the outcome in Bookings. See Sales.

Site pages

The pages of your site that drive the meetings booked by the Website Agent: for each Page, the meetings Booked and their Share. The top line tells you which page drives the largest share, a good candidate for more traffic.
