Sales

The screens your sales team works from every day — dashboard, My day, contacts, pipelines, meetings, conversations and lead scoring.

What this section covers

Once the Website Agent is live, every conversation it has on your site can turn into a contact, a scored lead and a booked meeting. The sales screens of Nudge are where your team picks up from there: who to call, which meeting comes next, what the prospect said, and how the month is going.

Where to find each screen

The left-hand menu depends on your role.

RoleWhat the menu shows
Admin and ManagerDashboard and Analytics under Overview, Bookings, Contacts and Lead Scoring under Sales, your forms under Pipelines, and Collection (conversations) under Tools.
Closer and SetterMy day first, then My bookings, My contacts and My hot prospects. Field roles have no Dashboard: they land on My day.

What a member can do on each screen also depends on the permissions of their role (for example, reassigning a meeting or merging contacts). Roles and permissions are managed in Account.

Where the data comes from

Contacts, scores and meetings are created by your agents and forms. If the screens are empty, finish installing the Website Agent and connect a calendar in Integrations.

A typical day

The visitor talks to the Website Agent

The agent answers, qualifies and offers a slot. Each conversation is stored in Conversations and, once the visitor leaves their details, becomes a contact.

Nudge scores the lead

Every lead gets a score out of 100 with a reason per criterion. See Lead scoring.

The meeting lands in a closer's day

The meeting appears in Meetings and in the closer's My day, with the Handoff Agent brief.

The closer records the outcome

Sale, no sale or no-show: one click. A sale feeds signed revenue on the Dashboard; a no-show triggers a follow-up for you to approve.
