Pipelines

See the contacts of one form as a board by stage or as a list, and follow how many reach a meeting and a sale.

A pipeline is a form

In Nudge, each form is a pipeline: the contacts who came in through a form — a conversational form run by the Website Agent or a classic form — make up that form's pipeline. There is nothing extra to create: as soon as you have a form, you have its pipeline.

Forms are created and edited in Forms and scheduling.

Open a pipeline

The Pipelines group of the left-hand menu lists your forms. The group is collapsed by default: click Pipelines to unfold it, then click a form.

The pipeline opens with a breadcrumb such as Pipelines › Sales and the context 24 contacts · stages move with your agents.

The Pipelines group is shown to admins and managers. Closers and setters work from My contacts instead (see Contacts).

Board and list

A pipeline opens on the Board view. Switch with the List / Board toggle in the bar.

Board

Four columns, one per stage — the same stages as in Contacts:

ColumnWho is in it
Qualified leadContacts with no upcoming meeting, and no meeting that took place, was missed or was cancelled.
Meeting bookedContacts with a meeting scheduled in the future.
Meeting doneContacts whose meeting took place, was missed or was cancelled.
SaleContacts with a meeting recorded as a sale. The column header also shows the total signed amount, for example €12,400 signed.

Each column shows its total and its three best-scored contacts. + 12 more tells you how many others are at that stage; switch to List to see them all. An empty stage stays visible with Nobody at this stage.

You do not drag cards: a contact moves from one column to the next by itself when a meeting is booked, held, missed, cancelled or recorded as a sale.

List

The same table as the Contacts screen, limited to this form: Contact, Score, Main signal, Next step and Closer, 25 per page. See Contacts for what each column means.

Filters

Both views have:

  • Search a contact… (first name, last name, email, company);
  • All closers, to keep the contacts who have a meeting with one closer.

Pipelines elsewhere in Nudge

  • On the Dashboard, the All pipelines filter limits every card to one form.
  • In Lead scoring, each lead shows the form it came from (via [form]), and per-form scoring rules are set form by form.
