Dashboard

Read signed revenue, the conversion funnel, what is waiting for you and each closer's results, over the period and comparison you choose.

What the dashboard is for

The dashboard is the home screen of admins and managers. It answers two questions in the order you ask them in the morning: what is waiting (missed meetings, follow-ups to approve, leads to prioritise) and what happened (revenue, funnel, results by closer).

Closers and setters do not have a dashboard: opening the workspace takes them to My day. The dashboard also requires the permission to view analytics.

The top bar

The bar under the greeting holds everything that changes what the cards show.

  • Agents status (left). For example 2 agents running · all up to date, or … · 3 to approve when Nudge has prepared messages that wait for your approval. Click it to open the Agents section.
  • Period: Today, Last 7 days, This month (default), Last month, This quarter, or Custom… to pick a From and To date and click Apply.
  • Compare with: vs previous period, vs last year, or No comparison. The label shows the exact month you compare with when there is one, for example vs September 2026.
  • Pipeline: All pipelines or a single form. Only shown once you have at least one form.
  • New: shortcuts to Ask Nudge, Add a contact (first name, last name, and an email or a phone — one of the two is required) and Invite a member.

The calendar month rule

Calendar periods are compared with whole calendar periods, not with a sliding window.

Period"vs previous period" compares with"vs last year" compares with
This month (e.g. October 1–31)The whole previous month (September)October of last year
Last month (September)The whole month before (August)September of last year
Today, Last 7 days, This quarter, CustomThe same duration just beforeThe same dates one year earlier

So on October 14, This month vs previous period compares October 1–14 with all of September, and the pill reads vs September 2026. The revenue chart always spans the full month, even if the curve stops at today.

Choose No comparison when your activity is just starting: a "+900%" against an almost empty month is noise. Percentage changes are also hidden whenever the previous value is zero.

The cards

Revenue signed through Nudge

The value of deals won whose meeting was booked by Nudge, over the chosen period, with a cumulative chart and the change versus the comparison period. A deal signed without going through an agent is not counted here. The amount comes from the outcome recorded on each meeting (see Meetings).

To process

Meetings marked No-show or Cancelled, the most recent first (up to four shown, See all opens Meetings). This list is not limited to the chosen period, but it follows the pipeline filter.

On each line:

  • Follow up opens the meeting so you can decide what to do.
  • When the Nurturing Agent has already prepared a follow-up for that person, the line shows Follow-up ready and an Approve button that sends it.

What Nudge did

The latest actions of your agents (follow-ups, replies, first touches, rescheduled meetings, call briefs) and a scorecard of messages Prepared, Approved and Dismissed. See all opens To validate. See Agents.

Conversion funnel

Four steps over the period, each with its change: Leads, Bookings, Completed (meetings that took place) and Sales. Sales are compared in absolute numbers ("+5") rather than as a percentage. Each step counts people, not conversations.

When meetings were missed during the period, a line under the funnel says how many and how many follow-ups Nudge prepared, with a link to them. See the report opens Analytics.

Results by closer

The top three closers by sales, with sales over completed meetings, closing rate and no-show rate. A closer with fewer than 10 completed meetings is marked low volume: read their rates with care. A meeting with no closer assigned appears in no row. See all opens Analytics.

Leads to prioritise

The five best-scored leads, with what makes each stand out and their tier (Hot, Warm, Cold). Click a lead to open it in Lead scoring, where its score is explained criterion by criterion. Hidden when no lead has a score yet.

Before your first numbers

Until the workspace has its first lead or meeting, the dashboard shows a setup checklist instead of the cards — Install the snippet on your site, Connect a calendar and Customize the widget — and previews of what will appear. Each step ticks itself as soon as it is done, and you can hide the checklist. See Getting started.
