Agents
The agents that work for your sales team, the shared memory they read, the approval queue and Ask Nudge.
What an agent is in Nudge
An agent is a part of Nudge that does one job on its own, within rules you set. All agents live in the Agents section of the app, where you switch them on, pause them, decide how much freedom they have and read what they did.
Nudge has four agents. They are listed in the order a lead travels through them:
| Agent | What it does |
|---|---|
| Website Agent | Talks with visitors on your site and captures leads. Covered in Website agent. |
| Nurturing Agent | Follows up leads who drop off. |
| Outreach Agent | Writes to visitors who come back without writing. |
| Handoff Agent | Sends the closer a brief before every meeting. |
What your plan includes
The Beta plan includes the Website Agent and the Handoff Agent. The Nurturing Agent and the Outreach Agent are shown on the board with the label Not included in the Beta plan: you can see them, but you can't switch them on.
All agents read the same shared memory: your instructions, your offers, your sources and your tone. Change it once and every agent follows it.
Where to start
Start with the Website Agent. It captures the leads that the other agents build on. Once it books meetings, switch on the Handoff Agent so that your closers get a brief before each one.
The agents board
Statuses, autonomy levels, activity and figures for each agent.
Shared memory
The instructions, offers, sources and tone every agent reads.
Handoff Agent
A brief for the closer before every meeting, by email, in Nudge or on Slack.
To validate
Review, edit, approve or dismiss the emails prepared for your prospects.
Ask Nudge
Ask questions about your meetings, no-shows, closers and conversations.
Website agent
The chat on your site: conversations, knowledge, appearance, booking.
Who can do what
- Reading the Agents section and the To validate queue requires a role that can view workflows. Without it, the app shows a "no access" page.
- Switching agents on, changing their autonomy or their settings, approving or dismissing emails requires a role that can manage workflows. Members who can only view see the same screens, with the buttons disabled.
- Ask Nudge answers members who can view analytics.
Roles are set in Account.
