My day
The closer's daily view — the next meeting with its brief, the calls to make, the follow-ups to approve, the meetings to claim and the outcomes to record.
What My day is
My day is the first entry of the menu for closers and setters, and the screen they land on when they open Nudge. It gathers in one column everything a salesperson has to do today, sorted by priority, and keeps the next meeting and its brief on the right.
Every member can open it: each person sees their own meetings and figures, plus the prospects of the workspace they can already see in Contacts. Admins and managers land on the Dashboard instead, but can still open My day from the URL /closer of their workspace.
The screen refreshes itself every minute while the tab is in the foreground, so a hot conversation that just ended shows up without reloading.
The month bar
At the top, This month shows your own figures, each compared with last month:
- Sales: meetings you recorded as a sale.
- Closing rate: sales over completed meetings.
- No-show rate: no-shows over your meetings.
These are your numbers only. You do not need access to the workspace analytics to see them.
To do today
The main list is titled To do today and is sorted by priority. It mixes up to five kinds of tasks, in this order:
| Task | Where it comes from | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| Call … prepared by the Nurturing Agent | A lead who stopped a conversation, missed a meeting or left a form before picking a slot. Shows the attempt number (attempt 1 of 3) and when to call (call within the hour or call at 14:30). | Click Call, then record what happened (see below). |
| Meeting with … | Your next meeting. It shows Now when it starts within 30 minutes, and brief ready when the Handoff Agent brief is available. | Join the call, read the brief. |
| Approve the follow-up to … | A message the Nurturing Agent prepared and that waits for approval. Only shown to members who can see To validate. | Click Approve to send it, or open it in To validate. |
| Call … | A scored lead with a phone number and no upcoming meeting, best score first. | Call them from the line. |
| Take … | A meeting booked with no closer assigned. Only shown to members allowed to reassign meetings. | Click I'll take it to become the host. |
When your day contains nothing but calls, the list switches to To call back, sorted by urgency, and the title bar reads 5 people to call back instead of 4 things to do.
Reading a line
Each prospect line shows the score, a reason to call and, when there is one, a quote in the prospect's own words (it is only shown if it is an exact sentence the visitor wrote). The reason is the first that applies:
- no-show last time — they missed their last meeting;
- the objection they raised in the conversation;
- hot conversation;
- silent for N days — no answer for two days or more;
- otherwise, nothing: it is a new prospect.
The urgent card
When a hot conversation ended less than an hour ago without a meeting, it is pulled out above the list: Hot conversation 2 minutes ago · call back now, with a Call now button. The card disappears after an hour.
Urgent callbacks
If urgent callbacks are enabled for your website agent, an Urgent callbacks panel appears at the top when visitors have asked to be called back. Each request shows the deadline (Call before:), the phone number and an Acknowledge button. Requests that pass their deadline are flagged to managers. Click Enable browser notifications to get a desktop notification for each new request. Record the outcome in the call queue to close the alert.
Claim a meeting
A meeting booked with no host appears as Take [name] with no closer assigned. Click I'll take it:
- you become the meeting's host, and the meeting moves into your next meetings;
- you are notified as the new host, as with any reassignment;
- the calendar event is not moved: it stays where it was created. Forward the invitation if you need it in your own calendar.
Claiming requires the permission to reassign meetings.
Record a call outcome
When you click Call on a line prepared by the Nurturing Agent, a Call finished panel opens on the right. Choose one of four outcomes, then click Save and move to the next.
| Outcome | What happens next |
|---|---|
| Sale / No sale | The call is closed. |
| Didn't reach | The lead comes back into your queue at the next calling hour (attempt 2 of 3). After the last attempt, an email waits for you in To validate if Nudge has their address; otherwise the task stops there. |
| Call back | The lead picked up and asked to be called later: they come back into your queue later, without using an attempt. |
The panel tells you exactly what the agent will do before you save, under What the Nurturing Agent does. The number of attempts and the calling hours are part of the Nurturing Agent's settings (see Agents).
Record a meeting outcome
After one of your meetings ends, a Call finished card asks How did the meeting with [name] go? (it stays for up to 12 hours after the end of the meeting). Pick Sale, No sale, Didn't reach (the prospect did not show up) or Call back (to reschedule), then Save and move to the next. The outcome feeds your monthly figures and the team's dashboard.
To enter a signed amount or notes, open the meeting in Meetings.
The right rail
- Next meeting: time (In 20 min), prospect, company and role, where it was booked (Booked by the Website Agent on … or Booked via [form] on …), the Handoff Agent brief — Need, Timing, Watch out for — and the buttons Join the call and Open the meeting.
- Tomorrow: tomorrow's meetings, so you can prepare.
When there is nothing yet
A new closer sees Nothing planned today and a Connect my calendar button. Meetings, follow-ups to approve and prospects to call appear as soon as your agents hand them over. See Integrations to connect a calendar.
