Integrations

Connect Nudge to your calendars, video tools, Slack, ad platforms and the rest of your stack from one catalogue.

What the Integrations page is for

Your agents rely on a few outside tools to do their job: a calendar to offer real free slots, a video tool to add a meeting link to every booking, a Slack channel to tell the team when something happens, and your ad platforms to learn which campaigns bring meetings. The Integrations page is where you connect all of them.

Open it from the sidebar: Integrations. Each tool also has its own page at /settings/integrations/<tool> inside your workspace, with its settings, the access it uses and the agents that depend on it.

Who can open it

By default only Admins see the Integrations page. Access is controlled by the Connect/disconnect integrations (Calendar, Zoom, etc.) permission. Webhooks additionally need Manage API keys & webhooks. See Team and roles.

Reading the catalogue

The four tabs

At the top of the page, four tabs filter the catalogue. Each one shows a counter.

TabWhat it lists
AllEvery tool in the catalogue.
ConnectedTools that are set up and working for this workspace.
To configureTools Nudge supports that still need a setting from you (for example Slack before you paste a webhook URL).
AvailableEverything else: tools you can connect in one click, website builders you can install on, and tools marked Soon.

Use Search for a tool… to filter by name. If a tool is missing, Request a tool opens an email to the Nudge team; the most requested integrations are built first.

Statuses and buttons

Each card shows a status next to the tool name and one button:

  • Connected (green): the tool is linked. The button reads Manage and opens the tool page.
  • To configure (orange): Nudge knows how to use the tool, a setting is missing. The button reads Configure.
  • Connect: opens a short dialog that explains where you are going, what Nudge will do with the tool and which access it asks for, then sends you to the provider to approve.
  • Install: for website builders. Opens the install instructions for that builder.
  • Soon: the tool is on the roadmap but cannot be connected yet. The card explains why instead of showing a button.

Statuses are shown for the workspace. A calendar card is Connected as soon as at least one active team member has connected that provider. Each person still connects their own calendar and video account.

What your agents need

Above the catalogue, the What your agents need box checks four things and tells you which agents each one serves:

What you can connect today

The catalogue is organised in families, in this order:

Gmail and Outlook cards

Gmail and Outlook do not have a separate connection. They share the single Google or Microsoft connection used by your calendar and video tool: connecting from the Gmail card connects your Google account, the same one Google Calendar and Google Meet use. See Calendars.

CRMs and prospecting tools marked Soon

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, LinkedIn (finding decision-makers for the Outreach Agent) and lemlist are shown with Soon: they cannot be connected yet. In the meantime, you can push every new lead to your CRM or any other tool through a webhook, for example with Zapier or Make.

Connecting a tool: the general flow

Open the card

In Integrations, find the tool and click Connect, Configure or Install.

Review what Nudge will do

For calendar and video tools, the dialog lists what Nudge will do in the tool and the exact access it asks for under Access. The access is fixed by the Nudge app: you cannot pick a narrower or wider set. See Permissions.

Approve at the provider

Click Continue to …. You sign in to the provider, approve, and come back to Nudge. A notification confirms that the tool is connected.

Finish the settings

Some tools need one more step on their page, for example choosing which calendar to read your availability from, or which moments a pixel should report.
