Forms & scheduling

Build booking forms, decide who gets each meeting and when, follow up automatically, and measure what turns visitors into meetings.

What this section covers

Nudge books meetings for your team. The Website Agent does it in a conversation on your site, and booking forms do it with a page of questions followed by a calendar. Both rely on the same building blocks:

  • Forms hold the questions you ask before a meeting, the way you score the answers, and where the form appears on your site.
  • Scheduling rules decide how long a meeting lasts, how much notice you need, which closer receives it and during which hours.
  • Booking pages are what your visitors see: the questions, the calendar, the confirmation, and the links to reschedule or cancel.
  • Workflows send reminders around each meeting and follow up with visitors who left a form halfway.
  • Analytics and Why they leave show which pages and questions lead to meetings, how meetings end, and why visitors leave without booking.
