Form settings
Set once, in Settings › Forms, everything your forms share, and give one form its own rules when it needs them.
Two levels of settings
A form keeps only what is unique to it in its own editor: its name, its questions, its qualification protocol, its colour and its display. Everything else is set in Settings › Forms, on two levels:
| Level | What it does | Saved with |
|---|---|---|
| Whole workspace | Applies to every form, except where a form keeps its own setting. | Save for all forms |
| Per form | Only for the selected form: its own rules, plus any workspace setting you change here, which then stays specific to this form. | Save for this form |
Saving one level never overwrites the other: a workspace-wide save skips the settings a form keeps for itself, and a per-form save only writes to the selected form.
You need the forms management permission to open this screen. From a form's page, the Edit and View links on Slots and Advanced rows open it directly on that form.
Whole workspace
At the top, Starting values shows which form the values are read from (Values shown from). Saving copies only the settings you change to every form of the workspace. If forms currently disagree on some settings, Nudge tells you how many; changing one of them aligns it everywhere.
Next to a setting, "N form(s) keep their own setting" means those forms were given their own value at the Per form level and will not be changed.
Per form
Pick the form under Rules of, then go through the tabs. A setting you change here gets the specific to this form badge. To make it follow the workspace again, click Back to the workspace setting. Open the editor takes you to the form's page.
The Per form level also holds what only makes sense for one form, because it cites that form's questions:
- disqualification conditions and the score thresholds (Qualification),
- routing rules that send a lead to a given closer depending on their answers (Assignment),
- the assistant's objectives (Conversation),
- the translation of the form's title and questions (Languages),
- the read-only Flow tab, which shows where each screen and condition leads.
The tabs
Blocking
IP addresses, emails or domains, countries (by IP) and phone dialling codes refused by every form, including the Website Agent's booking form. See Qualification and scoring.
Assignment
Who takes the meetings when no rule applies, and Collective Booking: turn on Enable collective mode and select the required participants to book only slots where all of them are free (for example a sales rep and a technical expert). Per form, add routing rules. See Scheduling rules and closers.
Scheduling
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Video conferencing | Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or a Custom link (a fixed meeting URL included in every confirmation). Meet, Zoom and Teams need the account connected in Integrations. |
| Calendar event | The Event title and Event description of the invite. |
| Call duration (minutes) | Meeting length. |
| Buffer between calls (minutes) | Free time kept after each meeting. |
| Slot increment (minutes) | Gap between start times (15 → 9:00, 9:15, 9:30…). |
| Min booking notice (minutes) | How far in advance someone must book. |
| Scheduling window (days) | How far in the future slots are shown. |
| Max daily bookings per closer | Daily cap per closer. Empty = unlimited. |
| Max total bookings (form-wide) | Total cap for the form. Empty = unlimited. |
| Time format | 24h (14:00) or 12h (2:00 PM). |
| Prevent duplicate bookings | Blocks the same email from booking twice. |
| Reschedule with same host | Keeps the same closer when a visitor reschedules. |
| Allow guests / Max guests per booking | Lets the visitor add people to the meeting. |
| Create events in | Each rep in their own calendar (the calendar each closer chose in Integrations), or one shared calendar for every meeting of the form. With a shared calendar, each closer it routes to needs write access to it. |
Five of these (duration, buffer, notice, window and video tool) are the same rules the Website Agent uses, also editable in Bookings › Availability. See Scheduling rules and closers.
Qualification
At workspace level: the Disqualification message and the Redirect URL. Per form: the disqualification conditions and the Recommendation thresholds. See Qualification and scoring.
AI
- AI Booking — Enable AI booking lets AI agents discover and book meetings through this form, via the API and MCP. Show in public manifest lists the form in the discoverable AI manifest. AI instructions are shown to those agents, for example "Only book if the person is a decision-maker".
- Remember the conversation (conversational forms) — whether a visitor who reloads the page picks the conversation back up: Nothing is stored, Until the tab closes, or Across visits, with consent (only once your cookie banner says yes).
- Per form: What this assistant may know (the knowledge base the assistant speaks from) and Draft the questions. See Forms.
Conversation
Conversational forms only:
- Label on the bubble — the text of the chat launcher, for example "Talk to us".
- Standing instruction — an instruction added for this assistant, for an answer you always want given the same way.
- Starter questions — one per line, shown as chips before the visitor types. Leave empty for the defaults.
- Per form, Assistant objectives: the Primary objective steers every exchange (Book a meeting, Capture the contact, Qualify then hand off, Arrange a phone callback, Send to a page, Present an offer); Secondary objectives are offered only when the moment is right.
Languages
Turn on Enable translations, choose the Default language and the active languages, and how the language is detected: browser language, URL parameter (?lang=fr), URL path prefix (/fr/…), subdomain (fr.yoursite.com) or IP geolocation. When no active language matches, the default language is used. The calendar event title and description can be translated too. Per form, translate the form's title and each question.
Appearance
Everything visual except the colour, which each form keeps:
- Template (Modern, Minimal, Rounded, Corporate) and Theme (Light or Dark).
- Calendar display mode: Hidden (shows after submit), Locked (visible but greyed until the form is filled) or Visible (fully interactive).
- Show host avatars in the slot picker, and an optional Urgency message above the slots.
- Confirmation mode: the built-in confirmation page, or Redirect to URL after booking.
- Reply-to email used in confirmation and reminder emails.
- GDPR & Consent: Consent required adds a checkbox before submission, with your Consent text and Privacy policy URL.
