NudgeDocs

Quickstart

Create your account, let Nudge read your website, test your agent and put it live on your site in about five minutes.

Before you start

You need:

  • A work email address (or a Google or Microsoft account).
  • The address of your website. Nudge reads its public pages to prepare your agent.
  • Access to your site's code or site builder (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Google Tag Manager or plain HTML), or someone who has it.
  • Ideally, a Google or Microsoft calendar for the people who take the meetings.

Just want to see it first?

Try Nudge builds a free live demo on your own website without an account.

Set up Nudge

Create your account

Go to app.asknudge.ai/signup and click Continue with Google, Continue with Microsoft, or fill in your name, work email and a password (8 characters minimum). If you sign up with an email and password, open the confirmation link we send you. See Sign-up and sign-in.

Create your workspace

The setup flow opens. In Tell us about you, enter your name, your company and who handles your sales meetings. Your company name becomes your workspace address (/w/your-company).

If a colleague already uses Nudge with the same email domain, Nudge offers to Join their workspace instead. Do that: it is where your leads arrive. See Workspaces.

Let Nudge read your website

Enter your website address and click Scan and authorize pages. Nudge reads your pages and finds your offers, target customers, FAQ and the tone of your brand. This becomes your agent's knowledge base.

Check the qualification and your offers

Nudge proposes three or four qualification questions drawn from your site, with points for each answer. Edit them, then click Validate my qualification. On the next screen, correct your offers, the prices the agent may quote and your target customers, then click Confirm my offers.

Test your agent

Ask the agent a question the way a visitor would. It answers from your website. If an answer is wrong, click Adjust the answers. When you are happy, click Looks good.

Start your trial

Choose a commitment and click Start the 3-day trial. You complete the payment details on a secure checkout page, then come back to the setup. See Free trial and plans.

Install the agent on your site

Pick your tool (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Google Tag Manager or Code snippet), copy the snippet and paste it where the screen tells you. Publish your site, open one of its pages, then click Check. When you see Agent detected on your domain, click Activate my agent. Full instructions: Installation.

Optional: CRM and team

The last two steps can be skipped. Connect your CRM explains what you get with a CRM, and Invite your team sends invitations to your closers and admins. If you chose Just me in the first step, the invitation step is skipped.

After the setup: the three-step checklist

When you reach the dashboard, a card called Your 3 steps to get started shows what is left before the Website Agent books real meetings. Each step ticks itself:

  1. Install the snippet on your site: ticks on the first visit Nudge detects from your site.
  2. Connect a calendar: Google or Microsoft, so the widget can offer your free slots.
  3. Customize the widget: color, assistant name, position. Publish the appearance once.

Details in Onboarding.

Go live checklist

Before you announce it, check that:

  • The widget appears on your live site, not only on a preview URL.
  • At least one person who takes meetings has connected a calendar, otherwise the agent has no slots to offer.
  • You asked the agent a few real customer questions and corrected anything wrong in the knowledge base.
  • Your qualification questions and points make sense: a lead is qualified from 50 points out of 100, and hot from 80.
  • Your team is invited, so each closer receives their briefs.
